Every New Moon asks us to begin again—but softly.
That’s what these sessions are for.

Not predicting the future.
Not reshaping your personality.
But pausing at the quiet root of a new cycle,
long enough to listen inward—to notice what’s ready to grow.

I created these sessions as a kind of monthly reset—
a space to clear out the noise and reconnect with what matters inside you.

You don’t need to know the plan.
You just need space to hear yourself again.
This is that space.

• What would it look like to take one small step toward what I long for—even if I’m not sure how it’ll all unfold?

• What am I quietly craving more of in my life right now?

• If I could name a quiet intention for this new cycle—something authentic and doable—what would it be?

• Where do I feel most unsettled or unclear lately—and can I greet that place gently, without rushing for answers?

• What can I soften or release that’s crowding my spirit?

• What part of me is ready to be seen or trusted more deeply?

• Am I carrying an old story or pattern that doesn’t need to come forward with me this month?

• What clarity do I feel in my body—even if my mind is still catching up?

• What dream am I holding sacred, even if I don’t have words for it yet?
