Host Registration
You've invited your people. Now let's make sure everything flows smoothly so the experience can be exactly what it's meant to be - personal, grounded, and memorable.
Here's exactly what your guests need to do before we gather.
Step 1: Reserve Their Spot
Each guest secures their own spot directly with Jennifer.

Please include your full name and Circle date in the payment notes.
Payment confirms your intent to attend. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
Step 2: Complete Your Intake Form
Each guest must complete a short personal form before the circle. This is how Jennifer prepares something meaningful for you specifically. Forms must be submitted at least 3 days before the Circle date. Late submissions may result in a general rather than personalized experience.

Circles require a minimum of 3 guests (plus the host)

All payments and forms must be completed at least 3 days in advance

Payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event

One rescheduling is permitted with more than 48 hours notice
Jennifer will track all registrations and payments on her end. Once your minimum is confirmed, she will reach out to let you know your circle is locked in.
You are welcome to follow up with your guests, but the coordination is handled for you.
Once your guests have paid and submitted their forms, you're done. Jennifer takes it from there.
