Host Instructions
You’ve invited your people. Now it’s time to let the experience unfold.
Each guest will reserve their own Soul Mirror session through the Art & Soul Circle booking page.
Investment: $125 per person
Each booking includes payment and a brief intake form, giving Jennifer the information she needs to thoughtfully prepare each guest’s personalized Soul Mirror reading and letter.
To allow time for preparation, please ask your guests to complete their booking at least three days before your Art & Soul Circle. Every reading is created with care, and this preparation is an important part of the experience.
A Few Things to Know
Circles are limited to 4 total participants (including the host), with a minimum of 3 participants required to hold a circle.
When your circle is fully booked (3 guests + host), the host attends complimentary. If only 2 guests are booked, the host joins as a paying participant.
All payments and forms must be completed at least 3 days in advance. Payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. One reschedule is permitted with more than 48 hours notice.
Jennifer tracks all registrations and will confirm once your circle is secured. Once your guests have booked and submitted their forms, you're all set. Jennifer will guide the rest.
