Cancellation Policy
Payment All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. This reserves your spot and gives Jennifer time to begin preparing personally for you. Scheduling Sessions must be booked at least 3 days in advance. This ensures Jennifer has the time and space to prepare your Soul Mirror experience thoughtfully. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens and we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made before 48 hours receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Each client receives one complimentary reschedule with at least 12 hours notice. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Your session begins at your scheduled start time.
